ABOUT
LJ CPR is committed to providing high quality CPR courses within the Ottawa and Glengarry areas.

Courses are offered to healthcare providers, corporations, students, sports teams and community members.
​
LJ CPR uses state of the art equipment to facilitate learning needs. We provide manikins that give feedback on resuscitation techniques by prompting proper compression depth and rate.
​
Participants receive a Heart & Stroke certification upon successful completion of a course.
LINDSAY MACNAUGHTON
Instructor
Lindsay is a full time Registered Nurse who has been working at The Ottawa Hospital since 2017. Her nursing experience is with both the inpatient and outpatient surgical population.
​
Lindsay became a CPR instructor in 2018. She is passionate about making her courses fun and welcoming while making you feel confident in your resuscitation skills.
